Q. Is Swiss Watch Customs officially affiliated with any of the watch brands offered on the website?
A. No. We are an independent company offering customization parts for your watch. We are not affiliated in any ways with the brands we customize.
Q. Is it possible to customize a watch I already own?
Yes it is. We DO NOT sell new watches. We provide kits and accessories to customize your existing watch.
Q. Are the modifications reversible?
A. Yes, all the parts we sell are only substitutes to your authentic Rolex parts. We encourage you to kip all original Rolex parts in a secure place so that you can always re-install them at any time and your watch will be back to its original manufacturer condition. We do not work directly on your watch; we'll only send you parts to customize it. Therefore, the watch itself (case, movement, etc) won't be affected in any ways.
Q. Will the modifications invalidate the official brand manufacturers guarantee?
A. No. Since we send you customizing parts to replace original parts, you can at anytime, re-install your original Rolex parts and your watch will be back to its original manufacturer condition. This is where we differ from most our competition, which often work directly on the watch and affect the original parts.
Q: Does SWC provide a warranty?
A. Yes, all parts ordered from SwissWatchCustoms include a one-year warranty.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All parts and products are custom made and are shipped directly from Switzerland, our manufacturing location. It might take up to 2 weeks to receive your order after it has shipped. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearing procedures.
Q. How do I install the kit on my watch?
A. Installing most of the parts we sell if pretty simple to do. We provide the tools and instructions necessary. You can either follow the instructions we provide and do it yourself or take your watch to a local jewelry/watch repair center and a professional will do it for you in no time.
Q. In which currency are the prices listed on the site?
A. All the prices listed on the site are US Dollars (USD) but we accept payments from credit cards in any currency. We also ship worldwide.
